- Do not stop hormones unless directed; check your kit instructions.
- Hormonal contraceptives may affect results—contact us with questions.
- To maintain package benefits, consultations must be completed within 6 months.
- A yearly review is required for ongoing supplement discounts.
Cancellation Policy:
- 48+ hours notice = full refund of consultation fee.
- Less than 48 hours = $100 refund of consult fee (test kits are non-refundable).
How It Works:
1. Choose Your Test
Select your kit and package option (test only or test + consult).
Kits can also be purchased in store or mailed to you.
2. Collect Your Sample
Follow the provided instructions for saliva or blood collection.
3. Return Your Kit
Ship it back using the prepaid UPS label.
4. Schedule Your Consultation
If you haven’t received your scheduling link, call 402-486-3383 on the day you mail your kit to set up your consultation.
Select a date at least 2 weeks from the mailing date.
5. Review & Plan
Your pharmacist will review your results and help develop a personalized plan.
