Why does it take 24–48 hours to fill my prescription?
Compounded prescriptions are custom-made using raw ingredients and tailored to each individual. This process takes time, and we’re committed to ensuring a high-quality product.
What information do you need for a new prescription?
- Patient’s first and last name
- If for a child: Parent’s name and phone number
- Phone number
- Address
- Date of birth
- Allergies
- Language preference
- Email address
Can I use my FSA or HSA card?
Yes, for both prescriptions and supplements.
Why don’t you take insurance?
By not contracting with insurance companies, we’re able to set our own pricing—often resulting in lower costs. Upon request, we’ll provide a Universal Claim Form for you to submit to your insurance to see if they will reimburse you or apply it to your deductible.
How do I use the Universal Claim Form?
- Complete the patient and cardholder sections.
- Sign and date the top line.
- Attach one of the provided receipts.
- Mail it to the address listed on the back of your insurance card.
For questions, call your insurance provider to check if they require a specific form.
Will my insurance reimburse me?
We can’t guarantee reimbursement, as we don’t receive consistent feedback from patients on their insurance outcomes.
Why can’t my regular pharmacy fill this?
Most retail pharmacies don’t offer compounding. We specialize in compounding and customize medications to meet individual needs.
Can I save money by getting multiple months of my medication?
Yes, on qualifying formulations. Ordering multiple months can reduce labor and dispensing fees and may also qualify for free shipping if the medication doesn’t require refrigeration.
Why do I need to bring a hard copy of my prescription?
We’re required by law to keep a hard copy on file.

How do I schedule a consultation?
Text or call 855-980-5995. Payment is collected at the time of scheduling, and we’ll send you a link to choose a time on your consultant’s calendar after you’ve purchased a testing kit.
Why do you recommend saliva testing over blood testing?
Saliva tests show hormone levels stored in tissues, whereas blood tests only reflect circulating levels. Saliva testing:
- Measures bioavailable hormones (non-protein bound)
- More accurately reflects topical hormone delivery
- Is better suited for topical applications than serum
Note: If using troches, saliva testing is not recommended—use blood instead.
In some cases, we may also evaluate labs using urine or blood spot testing.
What if you don’t carry the supplement I want?
We’re happy to special order it for you. Just give us a call or stop in.
